I usually get my car serviced at my old, very reputable garage in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. But during the last service, they clearly did something wrong. Within a few hours, all my systems—F.E.B, P.F.C.W, full Cruise Control, D.C.A, B.C.I, B.S.I, B.S.W, L.D.P, and L.D.W—started malfunctioning. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t. When I contacted my regular garage, they refused to take any responsibility. So I started looking for an ADAS specialist, and that’s when I came across META Mechanic. They inspected the car thoroughly for almost two hours and tried to pinpoint the exact fault. They informed me that the front radar was offset, and only after proper alignment and calibration would they be able to confirm if the radar itself was still usable. They took my car from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, completed the calibration, and then confirmed that the radar unit was actually faulty. They replaced it and did a complete QC before returning the car. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of their work. Their transparency, professionalism, and the way they take written approvals before proceeding is something I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. Special thanks to Umair, Omer, Mateen, and the owner’s brother, who personally delivered the car.
